V3R2 PTF 5 is now GA and can be downloaded from the Customer Site. This PTF includes several important new enhancements, as well as the odd fix or two:
New G-Wizards (as in Gee-Whizz!!) are a new drag and drop tool for creating data sets and extract programs. No more selecting from list boxes or working through property panels! (well, not until you get into really serious stuff like rules).
Visual extract representations. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. In this case, that’s probably true!
 Double byte Support. RODIN now supports the ‘Open’ data type for accessing and storing DBCS data. In addition, you can now specify a CCSID at the data element level, allowing extensive customization of data sets for multinational implementations
