A certification program has been announced and implemented for our business partners and customers to ensure the highest quality standards possible for all our new and installed customers. Read about the process our partners go through to ensure the success of our customer's initial projects and ongoing involvement with RODIN.
Quality, value and professionalism are uppermost in our minds when working with customers to evaluate and implement their business intelligence requirements.
Therefore all RODIN business partners are required to complete sales, consulting and / or implementation training to gain and retain certification as an authorized RODIN sales, consulting or implementation business partner.
Customers who also wish to become certified are more than welcome to go through the certification process. This ensures fully trained and experienced people are available in-house to underwrite the ongoing success of the business intelligence environment.
Certification is personal and cannot be gained in any way other than by an individual following the requirements of the certification program as outlined herein. Certified individuals are not permitted to “pass on” their knowledge to others to gain certification for those other people unless specifically authorized by Coglin Mill to do so. Those additional people must attend the appropriate training courses to gain certification.
