New Reduced Pricing
Effective March 1st, 2001 Coglin Mill announced several important changes to its fees and pricing policy. The net effect of these changes is most license fees will be up to 34% cheaper than before. RODIN can now be licensed for as little as US$36,000 (or under US$3,000 per month) for most IBM iSeries uni-processors (i.e. all those with a CPW rating up to 600).

The major changes include in this announcement are :-

1. New CPW Ranges for Model Groups
The CPW threshhold for all Model Groups has been increased, hence most machines now fall into a lower Model Group dramatically reducing the one-time and quarterly license fees as well as annual maintenance fees.

2. New License Fees
One-time and quarterly license fees have been increased by about 10%.

3. New Annual Maintenance Fees
The annual maintenance fee has been increased to 25% of the one-time license fee. Maintenance on the quarterly license fee is now charged for the license period i.e. quarter, rather than for a full year.

4. Services Discounts Included in Maintenance
Maintenance cover now provides for 10% discounts on services charges. Details

The net effect of all these changes is all existing and future customers will see significant savings over time in their RODIN investment. Most will see immediate, sometimes dramatic savings.
